The counter seats are comfortably spaced for two, allowing for a relaxed experience. The salad we ordered first had a salt koji-based dressing that coated the vegetables, and the homemade roast pork added to the satisfaction. Dishes that evoke the season, such as grilled vegetables with a fragrant dashi and fried cod shoots, arrived one after another, creating excitement. The shirasu and eggplant peperoncino had shiso as an accent, and its light spiciness complemented the drinks. The steak with honey onion sauce was juicy and paired perfectly with natural wines and Niigata's IPA. To finish, we enjoyed salt koji gin, and we had a delightful night in a pleasant atmosphere until the very end.
