I finally made a reservation.

I was finally able to get one and was excited the whole time.

it seems like the wood on the walls has changed... also the restroom.
When the time comes, you will be guided to your seat.
The seating is cramped, and the staff will push the chairs in quite firmly.
Also, photography is not allowed.

I was told to be careful with my writing pressure.

70 minutes really goes by in a flash!
I used it at night. It was a tatami seat by the window on the left side as soon as I entered, but the lighting from the external sign was too bright, and I couldn't experience the calm atmosphere of the shop. I was a little concerned about that.
Le Monde Gourmand is a heartwarming authentic bistro located in Jiyugaoka. Chef Takashi Kato utilizes his experience from renowned French establishments to create dishes beloved by the locals. Each dish is handmade, beautifully presented, and aromatic. It's a wonderful dining experience that you would want to visit on special occasions as well as in everyday moments.
I have visited four times. The first time I went, it was a cold day and I had the Ken-sai noodles, and immediately after eating, my body warmed up, and my cold hands and feet were relieved, which was surprising! After that, I became hooked on medicinal cuisine. This time, I visited while buying retort soup. Right now, I really like the soy milk white sesame tantan noodles. I think it's very good not only in winter but also for the cold from air conditioning in summer.

My Best Kamo Soba!
A unique restaurant with only one type of menu.
I have eaten and walked around quite a lot for Soba, but this is the best Kamo Soba I have ever tasted.
It might be one of the best 3 soba restaurants I have been to in my life.
The three kinds of roasted duck served before Soba are also very tasty.
They serve two kinds of Soba, so you can enjoy it twice as much as usual.
The soba water is also very thick and viscous.
I am not good at waiting, so I waited for more than an hour from the time I arrived at the restaurant until I received my bowl of soba.
I usually do not repeat the same restaurant, but I will definitely do so.

There are only four types of food on the menu: chicken wings, thighs, gizzards, and grilled rice balls. This restaurant specializes in fried chicken, and is about a 7 or 8 minute walk from Jiyugaoka Station.
The taste of "gizzard," which was so good that I fainted in agony when I revisited the restaurant a few years ago, remains the same as it was then.
Even if I were to walk into the restaurant and be told, "We only have gizzards today," I would gladly answer, "Yes, that's fine. The flavor and texture without any cloying taste is the result of the freshness of the ingredients and the cooking skill of the owner.
I have never had better gizzards than here.
The chicken wings and thighs are also very tasty, and I even ate the small bones because they are carefully cooked at a high temperature (we do not recommend eating the bones, please do so at your own risk).
The flavor of the bird is enhanced when eaten with a squeeze of lemon!
The chicken wings are served with the breast meat and ribs as a whole, so you can enjoy the different tastes and textures of each part.
Although the restaurant is popular, reservations are only accepted on the first round of reservations. Other than that, you have to visit the restaurant in person, but I think it is well worth the visit.
