In a calm interior that has been renovated from an old folk house, you can take off your shoes and relax. There is a counter and tables, making it easy to sit alone. The soba noodles made from 80% buckwheat flour from Akagi, Gunma Prefecture, have a fragrant aroma that spreads gently, and the texture and mouthfeel are pleasant. When you dip them slightly into the slightly spicy dipping sauce, the quality of the soba is enhanced. There are also unique soba options and a chicken broth dipping sauce, which perfectly complement the roasted chicken's savory aroma and the fragrance of yuzu. The tempura is also delicious, with a generous portion, which explains its popularity.
