The interior has a calm atmosphere and a sense of cleanliness, allowing for a relaxed time at the table seats. The cold soba can be savored thoroughly. The herring soba has very tender fish, seasoned with a slightly sweet flavor, making it easy to eat without worrying about the bones. The kakiage (tempura) has a light and fragrant batter, with larger shrimp that are firm and have excellent compatibility with the soba. It seems that the menu changes with the seasons, and there are options like nabe-yaki (hot pot), making it fun to choose.
