The interior has a calm lounge atmosphere, and there is a fun corner with products from Okiham in the back. On the entrance side, there are hydroponically grown vegetables, and it seems there is also a brown sugar factory, making it a place with many highlights. The menu features set meals and dishes using soft-shelled turtle, and there are also options like taco rice, tonkatsu, and goat soup, making it enjoyable to choose. The soft-shelled turtle soup is filled with plenty of vegetables like carrots and radishes, and includes pork spare ribs, providing a sense of satisfaction. The broth, made with the richness of pork, chicken bones, and bonito, is elegant and can be sipped easily without any fishy smell from the soft-shelled turtle. The diced steak on a heated iron plate has a wonderful aroma, and even the accompanying sausage is enjoyable, raising the excitement.
