The large clock on the exterior catches the eye, and the red of the lanterns enhances the atmosphere. The interior is a small space with only counter seating, and the sight of skewers being prepared is exciting. The skewers, carefully grilled at the cooking station, already stimulate the appetite with their aroma. The sauce is not overpowering, and I particularly enjoyed the skewers wrapped in quail and topped with wasabi. The liver has a chewy texture and is very delicious. The spaghetti salad that comes out first has a homemade feel and pairs excellently with the drinks.
