The grilled chicken skewers are fragrant, and the juicy meat spreads happiness with each bite. Just the aroma rising from the grill makes my appetite surge. The fluffy chicken meatballs and the crunchy fried cartilage are particularly impressive, and I couldn't help but ask for seconds. The grilling is perfect, cooking through while still retaining tenderness, which is amazing. The staff are lively and polite, making the atmosphere very comfortable. I understood why it gets fully booked with reservations; I felt it was a highly satisfying restaurant.
