When I opened the door, I was greeted by an atmosphere that felt like I had wandered into a Taiwanese street stall, and it was exciting. The staff spoke to me in polite Japanese and even quietly shared recommendations that weren't on the menu. When I tried the jiggly pig's feet and the fragrant boiled dumplings, I couldn't help but dive in eagerly. The meatballs wrapped in chewy taro skin were packed with a filling of bamboo shoots, and each bite brought happiness. The combination of the rich beef noodle soup and the tender beef was exquisite, and I couldn't put my chopsticks down. Other dishes like zongzi and Taiwanese sausage were all new flavors for me, making it a fun place just to think about what to choose next.
