In a small soba shop in Showa Town, the atmosphere is very comfortable. The thin handmade noodles are smooth and light, and both the cold soba and the warm soup are delicious. The fragrant green onions in the duck broth provide a satisfying taste of the duck's umami. The soba water after the meal has a pleasant aroma and is comforting. The interior has a counter and tatami seating, and it is enjoyable just to look at the retro tools and handmade items. The warm hospitality of the staff and the service of soba cookies are also delightful.
