Upon entering the shop, which exudes a traditional atmosphere, my eyes are drawn to the seasoned gas stove, and I feel a thrill of excitement. The first beer mug that arrives is nicely chilled, providing a refreshing first sip. The signature dish, salted tongue, has a perfect thickness and a great texture, allowing me to fully appreciate the flavor of the meat. The marinated loin and skirt steak are also tender, and their rich seasoning pairs excellently with white rice. The carefully crafted kimchi is aromatic and has just the right amount of spiciness, making it impossible to stop eating between bites of grilled meat. The menu is focused on meat with a few sides, making it easy to choose, allowing me to fully concentrate on enjoying a wonderful yakiniku experience.
