Located on the second floor of Okonomimura, it is towards the back, marked by a blue curtain and a yellow lantern. The interior, with cream-colored ceilings and floors, and glass walls lined with colored paper, provides a calm atmosphere. At the U-shaped iron plate counter, you can enjoy watching the cooking while listening to the sound of the TV as background music. The okonomiyaki is beautifully shaped into a round form with thin noodles, cabbage, tororo kombu, tenkasu, and bean sprouts layered together, making it very delicious. It is pressed firmly with a spatula while cooking, creating a sense of unity, and the flavor of the sauce is well appreciated. The lively service makes it a comfortable place, and it was an experience that exceeded my expectations.
