The restaurant is very clean and sophisticated, and although each room is separated from the next, there are no doors, so it is busy in a good way. It is noteworthy that the sides were promptly served. The yuzu kosho is spicy and goes well with beer. There is not a large selection of alcoholic beverages, but this was not a problem as each genre was well represented. Grilling conditions depend on personal preference, but I would not recommend this restaurant to those who are not sure how well it should be grilled. Sasami no Tataki, served right away, is a great snack with sake!
