You purchase a meal ticket from a touch-panel ticket vending machine, and your order is transmitted to the kitchen. You are seated and wait until your meal ticket number is called. The noodles are made from locally grown buckwheat noodles and are light brown in color and slightly thick. Even though there are many orders, they are handled smoothly. The soup is spicy yet rich in flavor. The quality is satisfactory for soba noodles at a roadside station.
