Upon entering the restaurant, the cheerful greetings from the chefs and staff resonate, allowing you to comfortably take your seat. The bright wood-toned interior exudes cleanliness, and there is a wide variety of seating options from the counter to private rooms, making it easy to relax. Not only sushi and tempura are available, but also Ryukyu cuisine and ramen, making it easy for groups to find something to suit everyone's tastes. In particular, the ramen made with charcoal-grilled sea bream broth, enhanced with the fragrance of yuzu and a mild saltiness, was irresistibly delicious. The freshly fried tempura rice balls and the freshly caught mackerel were also so fresh that I couldn't stop using my chopsticks. With the sound of the koto flowing through the restaurant, I was able to leisurely enjoy the delicious seafood, leaving me very satisfied.
