The interior is clean and has a calm atmosphere, balancing the essence of a yakiniku restaurant with elegance. At the counter, you can see the meat being sliced right in front of you, creating an exciting live experience. Cuts like sagari, harami, and liver are rich in flavor and have a pleasant texture. The cuts of Tajima beef are particularly tender, and the flavor expands with each bite. The liver is skillfully prepared from the whole piece, conveying its freshness and has a smooth mouthfeel. The sweetness of new onions and the grilled firefly squid are also impressive, allowing you to enjoy a changing menu.
