It was lively, and I felt excited the moment I walked in. The first appetizer of whelk was impressive with its rich, fragrant broth. The sashimi platter made with live fish had a firm texture, and the horse mackerel was particularly plump. The chicken wings were crispy and juicy, and the tempura, including wild vegetables, shrimp, and whiting, had a light batter and was delicious. The smooth texture of the horse sashimi and the combination of plum crystal and radish sprouts also left a lasting impression. I enjoyed it with local sake and beer, and I was completely satisfied even with the ramen to finish, and the service was smooth.
