Travel to Kamakura. Fresh Shirasu Sanshoku (three colors of fresh young sardines) Shirasu, sea urchin and salmon roe. I love the elasticity of the salmon roe. This was my first time to try raw shirasu, but it was delicious. You can change the flavor with wasabi, nori and other condiments, and add dashi to make it like chazuke. You can also enjoy the roasted rice because it is cooked in a pot. The main restaurant was very crowded, so I came here, but it was very empty. It was rainy, cold, windy, and a weekday, so there were not many people here. I was satisfied because I could relax ✨.
