When I casually stopped by with a friend, I immediately felt at ease with the calm atmosphere and friendly staff. The first thing that arrived was a lager draft beer, which quenched my thirst with its pleasant bitterness. The plump raw oysters and thickly sliced bonito sashimi were rich in the scent of the sea, making me smile involuntarily. The Tokachi beef and tender beef tendon stew were also soft and incredibly delicious, making it hard to put down my chopsticks. There was a variety of snacks like fluffy potato fries and shrimp mayo, which brightened up the table. I enjoyed the sweetness and coolness of the ice bread for dessert, making it a wonderful place where smiles never faded until the end.

The counter has a television, making it easy to relax even when dining alone. The four types of sashimi are all incredibly fresh, and the rare marinated mackerel is particularly exquisite. The fried small shrimp and the tender braised beef tendon were fragrant and so delicious that I couldn't stop eating. The combination of cream cheese and wasabi wrapped in Korean seaweed surprisingly goes well together and is perfect as a snack. You can freely choose from local sake, allowing you to enjoy a fragrant cup at a leisurely pace. The black sesame pudding for dessert has a coconut flavor and a refreshing aftertaste, leaving me completely satisfied until the very end.
