flaglet cafe Flaglet's hamburgers are a bundle of happiness. On top is a half-boiled egg with a special demi-glace sauce. The bottom is a delicious combination of mashed potatoes and cheese. The hamburger steak is full of juices and is covered with the above and below. Delicious. Flaglet, with its stylish exterior and interior, is a wonderful space that makes you forget the cloudy Niigata winter.
