Upon entering the restaurant, I feel relieved as the chef and the proprietress greet me with smiles across the counter. The television is positioned where it can be seen from the seating area, making it enjoyable to relax and watch the programs for a while. The sashimi and appetizers, such as sea snail and fried horse mackerel, are thoughtful selections that make me want to drink more beer. The sushi has smaller rice balls that are elegantly shaped, and the balance with the toppings is exquisite. The craftsmanship shines through in details like finishing the sea bream with orange and salt. Thanks to the comfortable atmosphere and attentive service, I can enjoy a sense of satisfaction until the very end.
