In a calm, café-style space, you can thoroughly enjoy Hiroshima-style okonomiyaki. They use fresh noodles from Isono Seimen, and the boiling and grilling are done very well. The sweetness of the cabbage and the flavor of the dashi harmonize, making it easy to eat even on its own. The spicy keema curry is also aromatic, and when paired with a runny fried egg, it adds richness. There is a spicy sauce on the table, allowing you to enjoy variations in flavor according to your preference. Before the meal, a hot water made in a Nambu iron kettle is served, and you can relax in a beautifully maintained interior with attentive service.
