A large plate with cold soba noodles topped with juicy tonkatsu! Grated daikon radish on top! A dab of wasabi, placed on top of the tonkatsu, and quickly eaten after pouring the dipping sauce generously over it. (Extra large serving available, also okay to have 2-3 times the amount of noodles)
