It was a large parfait, but I never got tired of eating it because it was full of strawberries until the end! I think I'll try the muscat next time...?

The system is to pay the bill first when you enter the restaurant. Seasonal fruits are used according to the season, including a parfait made with a pack of specially selected Red Hoppe strawberries. The contents include Belgian Ruby Chocolat soft serve, rose chocolat, wine julep, and fermented butter pie. Strawberries appear whether you eat them or not. The volume is generous and very satisfying.
