The interior is cozy but lively, always bustling with customers. From skewers enjoyed with fragrant sesame oil to delicious options like gizzards and skin, everything is tasty. The saltiness is just right, and combined with the aroma of charcoal, it really enhances the flavor of the ingredients. The tender meat of the chicken nanban and the refreshing taste of the chicken skin with ponzu are also must-tries. It's pleasant to sip drinks while watching the staff skillfully grill skewers over the counter. Being right next to the station makes it easy to drop by, and I think it's a place where you can enjoy a satisfying drink.
