You can enjoy the sauce katsu and bento, and it's convenient to eat either as takeout or in the restaurant. The rice is Hokkaido-produced Yumepirika, which is fluffy and pairs well. The bowl with a combination of shrimp and pork loin is satisfying as the sauce clings to the rice and katsu. The pork loin is tender, and the shrimp is crispy, making it a great match for alcohol. While waiting for the order, you can hear pleasant sounds from the kitchen, which makes you look forward to the finished dish. I also like to let it sit for a bit to make it moist before eating, and it tastes great at home too.
