I visited with a friend, and the first thing that arrived at the table was the refreshing cabbage, which I was happy to eat as much as I wanted. The crunchy cabbage, lightly dressed with salt sauce, made it hard to put down my chopsticks before the meat. All the signature meats were of high quality, and I was particularly impressed by the juiciness of the domestic short ribs. The dish featuring zabuton prepared in a yukhoe style had a melting texture that brought a smile to my face. The creative dry tantan noodles I chose for the finale combined the chewiness of cold noodles with the richness of tantan noodles, offering an unexpected combination to enjoy. I was completely satisfied even with the final fried bread ice cream, and it’s a lovely place where you can relax with drinks.
