The renovated interior in 2022 offers a calm space that conveys the warmth of wood. With private rooms available, it has a quiet atmosphere reminiscent of an adult hideaway. The six-seat counter is spacious and luxuriously designed. The greenery visible from the window is beautiful and soothes the mind.

This restaurant, opened in 2012 by owner chef Koji Suganuma from Kitakyushu City, Fukuoka Prefecture, pursues Italian cuisine that makes use of local ingredients. To mark its 10th anniversary, it underwent a complete renovation in 2022 and started anew as 'Bekk'. Special menus that highlight local flavors have become very popular.

Owner chef Koji Suganuma has a passion for Italian cuisine and creates dishes using the rich ingredients of Kyushu. After training in Kyoto, he showcases his skills in his hometown of Kitakyushu, captivating numerous guests with his commitment to ingredients and passion for cooking.
