When you open the door to the underground, a quiet and atmospheric space gently unfolds. The table is softly illuminated by spotlights, and the seating is spacious and comfortable. You can feel the attention to local ingredients and tableware, and the Oshima tsumugi placemats and small knives are delightful. It begins with a playful bite reminiscent of wagashi, and the flow from the grilling of the sayori to the black wagyu is beautiful. The excitement continues until the end with the polar bear dessert and matcha with sweets. The service is attentive, and the explanations of the dishes and wines are clear, allowing for a leisurely and luxurious experience.
