Origin: France / Alsace Region Varieties: Pinot Blanc, Riesling, etc. (Dry) Made from five varieties of grapes with an average vine age of 30 years, aged for 18 months. After secondary fermentation, it is aged for an additional 18 months before shipment. A complex aroma and rich flavor that is in no way inferior to Champagne.

Origin: France/Languedoc Varieties: Mozak, Chardonnay (dry) With lively flavors reminiscent of white peach and pear, there are also hints of toast and anise. The smooth and refreshing finish is also wonderful.

Region: Portugal/Interior Variety: Chardonnay (Fresh) Rich fruit flavors reminiscent of fresh apples and lemons, pleasantly integrated honey sweetness, with a strong and beautiful acidity, refreshing and full-bodied unoaked Chardonnay.

Region: Germany/Mosel Variety: Riesling (Dry) It is aged with clean sediment until bottling in late April of the year following the harvest. In addition to the aromas of ripe fruits like peach and plum, there is a pleasant balance of minerals.

Origin: France, Côtes du Rhône. Variety: Primarily Grenache (full-bodied) ¥ 12,000. Aromas of pepper, jam, and black cherry, with a sense of concentration as if fully ripe grapes are packed in. It has glycerin, is meaty, and has a unique character.

CHATEAU Jean Faux "Sainte-Radegonde 2019" Origin: France/Bordeaux Varietals: Merlot, Cabernet Franc (Full-bodied) Aromas of vanilla and cinnamon rise, intertwining with the sweet scent of ripe fruit. The finish is smooth and rich, with a fruit-forward depth that pleasantly challenges the preconceived notions of Bordeaux.
