This is a calm shop located in a corner of a residential area. The veteran craftsman greets you with a smile, and the ingredients in the display case are neatly arranged, which is exciting. The sushi has a larger rice portion, and the balance of vinegar is pleasant, with some toppings being substantial and satisfying. The sashimi, including yellowtail, dried squid, Matsukawa flounder, and scallops, is impressive and feels very fresh. The seasonal shirako (cod milt) is creamy and rich, and the sea urchin and marinated mackerel convey a strong umami flavor. There is a variety of sake available, and you can enjoy it leisurely while chatting amiably.
