Upon entering, there are colorful decorations and many small items, creating a bright atmosphere. The tonkatsu is said to be made from herb-fed pork and fried in vegetable oil, resulting in a light texture that is crispy and easy to eat. The mille-feuille style cutlet has just the right layers, and with each bite, the flavor of the meat spreads, making it the best. The rice is fluffy, the miso soup is rich in dashi, and even the pickles are very delicious. There are also set meals featuring shrimp and other cuts, making it fun to choose. The friendly owner provides attentive service, and it's nice that they can prepare 'kaki hire' if you make a reservation.
