White smoke was rising along the road, and I was drawn in by the savory aroma. At the grill in front of the shop, the eel was being carefully grilled, and just watching it made me excited. Once I made a reservation and took my seat, a fluffy eel rice bowl was quickly served, and the sweetness of the sauce and the fluffiness of the rice were perfect. The catered bento boxes also had a wide variety, with thick sashimi and grilled fish that were satisfying to eat. The miso katsu bento allowed me to adjust the timing of adding the sauce myself, so I could enjoy the crispy texture until the end. Every dish was made with care, and I had a thoroughly satisfying meal experience.
