I was impressed by a dish that I casually stopped by to try, featuring lightly fried seaweed topped with fresh sea urchin. The fragrant flavor and crispiness of the seaweed perfectly complement the sweetness of the sea urchin and the sharp kick of the condiments. The soba noodles are thin and pleasantly smooth, with a noticeable aroma. The warm dipping sauce with black pork and green onions has a slight sweetness and a rich flavor. After enjoying the soba with that dipping sauce, I was satisfied with the soba broth to finish. There are also seasonal recommendations, making it fun to choose.
