The old-fashioned atmosphere is pleasant, and just looking at the menu on the wall makes me excited. There is a counter and a raised seating area, allowing for a calm and leisurely enjoyment. I appreciate the friendly attentiveness of the owner, which makes me want to stay longer. Even for someone trying the offal for the first time, the chopsticks glide smoothly, and the texture of the lip is particularly enjoyable. The grilled chicken skin, harami, and thick shiitake mushrooms are cooked perfectly, providing a comforting taste that feels nostalgic. While watching TV, I can enjoy a wide variety of dishes, including mozuku vinegar, macaroni salad, and grilled udon, which makes me very satisfied.
