I came from Kanagawa. This is my first time here. I have eaten various Italian dishes, but they were surprisingly delicious. Especially the Ashitaka beef salad and the Bolognese were the best. The Ashitaka beef salad had an exquisite taste with balsamic vinegar, tuna mayo sauce, pepper, and salt that was irresistible. The portion was also excellent. At first, I wondered if Bolognese really goes well with spaghettini, but after taking a bite, my world changed. The subtle aroma of the meat and the faint tomato sauce, along with the richness of the flavor, were an unbeatable match ^_^ I could really feel the greatness of the Italian chef! I will make a reservation again!

Since it was the first day of a three-day weekend, there was a huge traffic jam, and I couldn't make it by the 11:30 reservation. I called the restaurant to let them know I would be late. Despite being 30 minutes late, the staff greeted me with a smile and guided me to my reserved seat. I ordered seafood carpaccio and handmade pasta. Everything was delicious, and my whole family finished their meals. The pasta was cooked to perfection. However, my son's pasta did not arrive until midway through the meal. When I asked the staff, it turned out they had forgotten to make it. They said it would take about 20 minutes, but I felt bad since we were already 30 minutes late, and they still responded with a smile. Waiting 20 minutes felt like no time at all. On the contrary, I felt sorry for being late, and I apologized to the Italian chef several times. Since I live in Sagamihara, I might not be able to visit often, but I will definitely stop by with my family the next time we go to Izu. To the Italian chef and the staff, please continue to provide delicious Italian cuisine with plenty of smiles. Thank you for the meal.

We visited with three people. When we ordered one pizza and pasta to share for each person, we were advised that since the pizza is large, it might be better to order something as an appetizer with just one pizza. The carpaccio appetizer was also very delicious. It would have been better if the pasta had been a little firmer. The staff members were very pleasant.
