This is a cozy shop located in the Yuyama Onsen area. The interior has been renovated and is clean, making both the counter and tatami seating easy to use. There is a rich variety of local dishes, and in addition to houtou, simmered shellfish, and horse sashimi, you can also enjoy dishes made with deer and horse. They recommend seasonal small bowls and ohitashi, which pair excellently with drinks. The specialty dish, chicken offal stew, is not too rich and has a robust flavor that goes well with alcohol. They also have local sake and Yamanashi wine, making it a pleasant place to relax even if you're alone.
