At the butcher shop on the arcade street, beautiful cuts of meat are lined up, which is exciting. You can also buy fried foods on the spot, and the handmade beef croquettes have a subtle curry flavor, with a smooth potato texture and coarsely ground beef that is irresistible. The steak, which I entrusted to the staff for cooking, was cut into easy-to-eat pieces, and when enjoyed with the sauce, it is melt-in-your-mouth tender. Since this shop sources whole animals, I am happy that they can prepare rare cuts if you ask. The Japanese beef aged in a snow room is tender, and you can enjoy it slowly with a cooking method that brings out the quality of the fat. There are also side dishes like shumai, fried chicken, and curry, making it perfect for accompaniments.
