This is a restaurant where reservations are essential, and the calm atmosphere is very pleasant. The owner, who trained for 10 years at a famous restaurant in Tokyo, carefully handles everything from sourcing to preparation. The shop is designed without waste, allowing you to feel the traditional essence of a sushi restaurant. An omakase course features sashimi, grilled dishes, tempura, and nigiri, all of which are beautifully crafted. The rice is slightly firm and at a comfortable temperature, with the balance of vinegar and salt being just right. The gentle nigiri brings a melt-in-your-mouth texture that inevitably brings a smile to your face.
