In a department store's shop for Japanese side dishes and bento, the presentation is very beautiful. Small dishes are arranged in a container with dividers, and the plating is elegant. The roast beef is tender with a good balance of lean meat, fat, and umami, making it delightful. It pairs well with a sweet soy sauce-based sauce, keeping it interesting until the end. The rice topped with shredded crab and ginger-simmered scallops also brings out the flavors of the ingredients, providing satisfaction. There are also soups like purple sweet potato soup and corn with mascarpone soup, allowing you to leisurely enjoy the aromas and textures to take home.

The atmosphere of harmony is pleasant, and from the moment I sat down, I felt excited. The presentation from the appetizers is beautiful, and the seasonal flavors come through. The sashimi and chawanmushi are both well-prepared, and each has a gentle taste. The tempura is carefully fried one piece at a time, crispy and light, and delicious. The sakura shrimp rice has a wonderful aroma, the rice is fluffy, and I am satisfied even with the red miso soup and pickles. The staff's attention to detail is meticulous, and I enjoyed everything, even the last warabi mochi.
