Inside the warm air of the restaurant, there are counter and tatami seating, allowing for a calm and relaxing experience. The board on the wall displays the day's recommended items, and it's nice that they are open to discussing off-menu options. The agedashi tofu is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, with the delicious flavor of the broth soaking in, making it the best. The gyoza and slightly sweet dashimaki have a gentle taste that makes you want to keep eating. The fish in the aquarium is fresh, and the flounder paired with liver, ponzu, and condiments is irresistibly delicious. For the finale, the mountain bandit rice balls filled with plum, kelp, and bonito flakes provided a perfect sense of satisfaction.
