There is a counter and a tatami room, allowing for a relaxing atmosphere. Skilled artisans with qualifications carefully prepare seasonal fish one piece at a time, resulting in a very good balance of flavors. When you request the chef's choice, you can enjoy a well-balanced selection centered around the best ingredients of the day. The mekabu dish, featuring scallops and quail eggs combined with a special broth, is deliciously creamy. There is a sense of excitement as blue fish is filleted right in front of you, and the mackerel particularly left a strong impression. The selection of sake is abundant, and it's delightful to find the perfect bottle just by conveying your preferences.
