When you enter the restaurant, the iron plate on the table is warm, and the bright sunlight streaming in creates a calming atmosphere. The menu features both Hiroshima-style and Kansai-style okonomiyaki, making it tempting to try both. The fluffy batter is filled with plenty of cabbage and ingredients, providing a delightful texture with every bite. I particularly love the type that has a lot of sand gizzard, as its crunchy texture adds a nice accent. Not only the okonomiyaki but also the grilled snacks pair well, allowing you to enjoy them slowly with a drink. The friendly staff, who manage everything on their own, keep an eye on you, making it comfortable even when the place is full.
