Established in Meiji 37, Saijo Tsuru is a sake brewery with a deep history, featuring a stately building preserved in its original state. The sake crafted with traditional techniques boasts rich flavors and offers tasting experiences. Within the premises, there is a beautiful store with black lattice windows where sake production using locally sourced rice and well water takes place. It is an ideal spot for tourism, where you can also enjoy the quaint streetscape.
