A Beloved Soba Shop Known for Its Smooth Texture

In a calm and inviting atmosphere, guests can enjoy freshly fried, crispy tempura alongside smooth, delicious soba noodles. The subtly sweet soba dipping sauce enhances the aroma of the noodles, and the curry, reminiscent of the Showa era, is also highly praised. This traditional neighborhood soba shop, popular for takeout, is perfect for family outings on weekends.

The calm atmosphere in the store is pleasant, allowing for a relaxing time. The smooth soba has a wonderful aroma, and when paired with the broth, the umami expands even further. The curry nanban udon has a rich Japanese flavor with just the right amount of spice, and it was enjoyable while still piping hot until the end. I also ordered the half curry set, which has a simple taste that even small children can easily enjoy. I'm also happy that they serve nabe-yaki udon year-round, and the yuzu and shrimp tempura provided a nice accent. True to its roots in the community, dining with family became a comforting moment.
