I liked the casual atmosphere of the izakaya located within the hot spring facility. The beef tongue, grilled slowly over charcoal, is thick and releases its delicious flavor with each bite. I also ordered the beef tataki rice bowl, which pairs perfectly with the tender red meat and rice. There is a rich selection of local sake from Akita, and enjoying it with the food makes me feel happy. While sitting back and watching the fragrant smoke, the waiting time flew by. Thanks to the staff's efficient movements and warm hospitality, I was able to enjoy my time comfortably until the end.
