It is within walking distance from Gotemba Station and easy to stop by. Inside the store, there is an exciting array of products including ham, prosciutto, liver pâté, and pâté and rillettes made with game. The white mold salami has a mild saltiness, allowing the umami to be felt strongly, making it elegant. The prosciutto is not overly salty, and its aged aroma and smooth texture are wonderful. The bresaola also showcases the quality of the meat itself and pairs well with wine. The craftsmanship is very meticulous, and being able to park at the shopping center across the street is also helpful.
