lunch] Hachioji En Today's lunch was at "Niboshi Sardine Ramen En" in Hachioji. It is a restaurant with a 100 name on the food log! I've always wanted to go there, but never had a chance to visit until now 😢I'm glad I finally got to go there in time for my business in Hachioji 😆♥️ Order "Niboshi Shirimen" 🍜🐟 It looks simple! This simplicity and high rating means it's definitely a tasty one 😏✨ The soup has a sharp dried fish taste 😆 but it's not only dried fish, it also has chicken and vegetable taste 🤔 It's a type of clear boiled dried fish soup that I haven't had much 😂😭 The noodles are churuchu thin noodles. Whole wheat flour is kneaded into it and the flour taste is amazing 😳. I found myself finishing it in no time 😋. It is a famous restaurant in Hachioji, and it was a very tasty bowl 👏. There are still many ramen shops in Hachioji that I haven't visited yet, so I have to go there 😚.

Hachioji Niboshi Sardine Ramen En ✳︎ Niboshi Sardine Ramen The clear niboshi soup, homemade straight noodles with whole wheat flour, roasted pork, and flavored eggs were all delicious and wonderful 🍜. I like the clear niboshi soup carefully and very much. I had some business in Hachioji, so I visited there for the first time yesterday...I heard that the restaurant will close temporarily on Feb. 26. The owner is changing. What a pity. But I'm glad I could go.

✏️Niboshi Sardine Ramen En〗〖Hachioji〗Tokyo ------------------------ There isn't a single rauwota in Nagoya who comes to Hachioji and doesn't stop by here ‼️ There is a second store in Osu, Nagoya and I go there regularly. This is the main store. So we're going ✨. It's a straight walk from the station and takes about 10 minutes to get there. The owner has a unique background, having worked at a high-end sushi restaurant for 25 years. So a cup of sake here feels somewhat Japanese. Incidentally, it was of course a handsome Dantotsu on this expedition. (The last photo is a raccoon dog we encountered at the camp ✨. At first I thought it was a cat and played with it with my key chain, but it didn't play with me at all, and I thought it was cheeky, but it wasn't a cat, so I understood. But he came up to me and let me pet him... :) :) :) 🍀Niboshi Ramen with light soy sauce (💴780) The smell of niboshi (dried sardines) wafts from the restaurant to the outside! The anchovies from Kujukuri, Chiba Prefecture, are used to produce this dish, which has a low fat content. The soup is made from chicken stock and kelp. The light soy sauce gives the soup a refreshing taste, while the bitter flavor of the niboshi (dried sardines) vibrates in small increments, stimulating the throat.
