Located just outside the Ukima entrance of Kitakabuto Station, the restaurant is lively with regular customers at the counter and tables as soon as you enter. You write down the number of skewers you want on a piece of paper and hand it over, making it easy to order even for first-timers. Each skewer that comes off the grill is surprisingly large, and the fragrant fat and juicy meat are impressive. Enjoying the harami with grated daikon and ponzu gives a refreshing aftertaste that makes you want to order more. The soy sauce-based offal stew is enhanced with minced garlic, providing a rich yet light flavor. The meat-wrapped tomatoes and cheese-wrapped peppers are also substantial, making for an enjoyable meal until the very end.
