This is an independent restaurant that conveys a commitment to chicken dishes. The fried chicken has a thin batter, and the inside is juicy, delivering a deliciousness that surprises you from the first bite. The grilled items, with the aroma of charcoal, are savory and make you want to drink more. The skewers are carefully prepared, and I felt they were tender with exquisite cooking. You can also enjoy a chilled mug of beer, as well as sake and whiskey. Knowing that they use high-quality binchotan charcoal, I was convinced of the reason for the deliciousness.
