Just entering the bright store with its white wood is exciting. The style of grilling oysters and long-necked clams on the gas stove at the table is very enjoyable. With gloves and tools for opening clams provided, even beginners can confidently take on the challenge. When grilling live clams, the moment the shells open releases a fragrant aroma that instantly whets the appetite. There is also a rich variety of side dishes like fried eel, all of which are irresistibly delicious. I was able to savor plenty of fresh seafood, making for a very satisfying moment.
